Besides the 2 issues mentioned, air cleaner is in real good condition 1964 Pontiac Bonneville Catalina 389 tri power assembly Gm there also a hole roughly 3/8 of an inch drilled back housing - I have no idea if its factory or not. This air cleaner is a used part and it has some dents on the bottom side.
