My research shows that this air intake is correct for 1978 with the L-82 engine as well 1979 both L-48 and engines. The stamped steel air cleaner base and lid are NOT included. Up for sale is an original 1978-1979 dual Snorkel air intake duct system that was removed from a 1979 Corvette. The air intake duct, fender duct and two flex ducts are included.

The and fender ducts are in very good condition with no gouges, cracks or splits the plastic. The flex duct that attaches to the is in excellent condition. I ask that you review the pictures carefully to gauge whether condition is suitable for your car. The flex duct that attaches to the fender is in good condition but has some wear where it air cleaner snorkel.
